You need to find the record you want to delete. This can be done from the Database Search or Advanced Search screens.
Click on the line in the grid that you want to delete. Hit the Delete button on your keyboard. You will be prompted to confirm that this is the entry you want to delete. Reply Yes to delete.
You can also delete an entry on the Edit/Display screen. If the current recording is the one you want to delete then click on the Delete button at the bottom of the screen. You will be prompted to confirm this is the entry you want to delete. Reply Yes to delete.
NOTE: Deleting will update the database file. You do not need to use Save As. There is no undo for this operation so you need to make sure you are deleting the correct entry.
