You can change the order in which the columns are displayed in the grid in the Database Search screen. Click on the Format drop-down menu and select ‘Display Order’, the ‘Define Grid Order’ screen will now be displayed. The list on the far right will show the current order in which the columns are displayed. The column title shown at the top of the list will be the first column on the left. The one below it will be the next column and so on.
To change these settings, click the boxes on the left-hand side, in the order you want the columns to appear in the grid on the Search Database screen. When you have selected one of the column titles the box will be disabled so you can’t select it again. You must select all the column titles otherwise you will not be able to change the current settings. To reset the default display order, click on the Restore Default button.
If you make a mistake, click on the Clear button. This will re-enable all the column title boxes and clear the ‘New’ list.
