It is possible to use the notes section of the database to add more fields. You may, for example, want to add an entry for the lead singer, lead guitarist and drummer or if you are a collector of classical music you may want to have an entry for the conductor, pianist, lead violinist etc. To do this you could put an entry in the notes section as below:

Lead Singer:

Lead Guitar:

Drummer:

Or

Conductor:

Pianist:

Lead Violin:

You would then enter the relevant names to the right of the above titles.

If you are going to use the same titles over and over again, it is quicker and easier to create an additional field template. To do this, go to the Input screen, click on the Format drop-down menu and select Additional Field Template. Enter the titles in the box provided and then click on Save to save the template. Now if you click on the green + button above the notes section the titles will be copied to the notes text box.
