You can indicate when a recording is out on loan. Find the recording going on loan by using the Database Search screen. Click on the relevant line in the search grid. The Edit/Display screen is now displayed. Click on the Loan button, the Loan entry box is now displayed, put a tick in the ‘On Loan’ box and enter other loan information in the boxes provided. You will notice that an indicator is displayed at the top right of the Edit/Display screen showing that this recording is on loan.

Now click on the Save button to save the loan information to the database.

NOTE:

You can find all recordings out on loan by using the Search screen. Click on the loan option button and then click on search or hit enter. All recordings on loan will now be displayed in the search grid.
