Someone may have sent you one of their database files but when you open it you find that all the formatting i.e. the colour of buttons, backgrounds, fonts etc is not to your taste.

It would be a bit of a chore changing all the formatting back to your favourite settings but there is a quick and simple way to change the settings automatically.

Make sure the database with the stomach churning colours is still the current database.

Select Import Configuration from the File drop-down menu on the Main Menu screen. You will now be prompted to select a Music Collector Database file. Select a database file that you know has all the colours and fonts that you like. Click on the Open button. All the configuration settings will now be copied over to the currently opened database.

NOTE: Only the configuration is copied i.e. colours, fonts etc. NO DATA IS COPIED.
