Album And Track Info

Album And Track Info (Both Sides)

The album and track information is printed on separate A4 sheets of paper. You can, however, print the album information and track information on each side of one piece of A4 paper by selecting the last option.

To print on both sides you will need to put the sheet of paper that has printed the album information back in the printer. You will be prompted to do this.

You can also select to print a short version or full version of the notes section.

Print Short Notes , this will only print the first 5 lines of the notes section and will appear at the bottom of the album information page.

Print Full Notes, this will print the whole notes section on a separate page.

Database Search

Clicking on the Print button on the Database Search screen is slightly different. A form will be displayed showing how many sheets of A4 paper is needed and a list used to identify the third column to be printed.

It isn’t possible to print all the information displayed in the grid, as there isn’t enough room on an A4 sheet of paper. You are restricted to printing only three columns of the grid. The Artist and Title columns are always printed, the third column is selectable by choosing one of the column titles displayed in the ‘Third Column’ list.

There is also a box where you can enter some comments. These comments will appear in a box at the top of each page printed.

Duration Search

Clicking on the Print button will print all the entries displayed in the grid.

Print Problems

Normal printing problems may occur i.e. paper jam, paper out etc. Also if you try to print a vast amount of information you may have problems as well, especially if you are running out of disk space or you haven’t got enough memory.
