It is possible to display all or none of the columns in the grid on the Database Search screen. If you click on the View drop-down menu you will see the column titles. The ones with ticks by them indicate those columns are displayed. To display or hide (tick or untick) the column, click on the column name in the drop-down menu. To hide all the columns click on Hide All. To display all the columns click on Show All.
Example
You only want to display the Artist, Title and Value columns. The easiest way to do this is to click on ‘Hide All’, to hide all the columns. Now click on Artist, Title and Value to display those columns only.
If you are not sure which database file you are using click on ‘Database Name’ or use the ctrl and n keys (hit simultaneously). A box below the grid will now be displayed showing the name of the database file currently in use.
You can also view the last text file you created using the ‘Copy To Text File’ mode. To do this, click on Text File. NOTE: There will only be a text file to view if you have created the file since the Program started. When you exit from the Program the name of the text file is cleared.
Selecting Full screen will maximise the grid on the Search screen. Hitting the PF11 key will switch between full screen and the normal screen.
