Clicking on the Query button on the Main Menu screen will display a list of the queries you have already created. If the list is blank then there are no queries currently defined for this database. If you want to create a query then click on the New Query button, this will take you to the Advanced Search screen where you can create a query. After you have created your query you will be asked to give it a name. This name will then appear in the queries list.

Clicking on a query in the list will do one of two things depending on whether there is a tick in the Search Database box at the bottom of the screen.

If the box is ticked the database will be searched as per the parameters in the query. Any matches found will be displayed in the grid on the Search Database screen.

If the box is not ticked the query will be displayed in the Advanced Search screen where you can delete or edit any of the parameters.

NOTE: If you select the Query list from the search screen, the above tick box is not displayed. You will only be able to search the database.
