  This screen is used to add new entries to the database or edit existing entries.
  In this example we have used the numbers 1 & 2 in front of the track titles to indicate side 1 & side 2.
  All the information in the notes section can be searched for from the Search and Advanced Search screens.
  Clicking on the loan button will display the 'on loan' screen where you can enter any loan information.
  Clicking on the Pictures button will take you to the Pictures screen where you can enter two pictures.
  NOTE: as with all the screens the colours of the text, buttons and backgrounds can all be changed to suit your own taste.
